CHIC FRIENDSGIVING SOIREE WITH KETTLE CHIP BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Ingredients:

2 lbs brussels sprouts, stemmed and halved
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup bacon, chopped
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
3/4 cup crumbled Sea Salt Kettle Brand® Potato Chips
3 Tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F

Cook bacon until browned, then finely chop.

Toast pine nuts in a pan on medium heat until browned.

Toss halved brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, then transfer to a large baking pan.

Roast brussels sprouts face down for 25 minutes until caramelized.

Toss roasted brussels sprouts with dried cranberries, chopped bacon, toasted pine nuts, parmesan, and crumbled Kettle Brand® Potato Chips. Serve warm.
