POTATO CHIP CRUSTED JALAPEÑO RANCH CHEESEBALLS

Ingredients:

2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
About ½ cup shredded colby or cheddar cheese
1 package ranch seasoning
2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
3 green onions, sliced
About ½ cup crushed Jalapeno Jack or Sour Cream and Onion Kettle chips (optional)

Directions:

Mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, ranch packet, jalapenos, and green onions until well combined.

Use your (clean) hands to shape the mixture into a ball.

Place on a serving platter then press Kettle Chips onto the outside.

Serve with more chips, crackers, or fresh cut veggies.
